How Our Shipping Process Works
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation verifying that we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. At this point, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm stock availability. If the item is backordered or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. If your item(s) are ready for immediate shipment (typically within five business days), we will proceed with the charge and arrange for shipment.
Orders are processed, packaged, and shipped based on the manufacturer’s shipping schedule, packaging requirements, and choice of carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on the manufacturer and the order size. Lead times can fluctuate without prior notice. Items Marked "Built-to-Order":
For items designated as "Built-to-Order," we will first check with the manufacturer for an estimated lead time and confirm it with you before charging your credit card. If the quoted lead time does not meet your expectations and production has not yet begun, we will cancel the authorization and void the purchase. However, once manufacturing has started, cancellations are no longer possible, and your card will be charged accordingly.
Order Shipment:
If your item is in stock and the charge has been processed, it will ship within five business days. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, feel free to reach out to us at sales@onsiteerosions.com.
Shipping Times:
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated shipping times are based on information provided by suppliers and freight companies and are subject to change without notice due to factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in raw material production, and increased shipping demands. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Shipping Options:
Our standard "Curb-side" Pickup shipping is completely free! This option typically takes between 5-15 days to reach your location after the order is placed. We will update this policy page as we introduce additional shipping options for our customers.
Lost or Damaged Items
If a shipment arrives damaged, it is the customer’s responsibility to document any damage on the Delivery Receipt and refuse the shipment by noting it on the driver’s handheld device.
Please inspect all items upon delivery before signing the receipt.
If your item is damaged and you wish to return it, do not sign the delivery receipt. Instead, note the damage on the receipt.
Customers must file a freight claim with the carrier, and On Site Erosions will assist and advocate on your behalf. If an item is confirmed as damaged in transit, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
If you suspect your order is lost in transit, notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment. On Site Erosions will allow up to two weeks after reporting the issue to the carrier for resolution. If the carrier confirms the order is lost and no other resolution is available, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
